    <content type="html">Yesterday was alright, but I forgot to keep track of what I ate (I'm just not used to that) and it was a kind of chaotic mess so I don't remember.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today I drank WAY too much coffee and not enough water.&amp;nbsp; Two large coffees, one litre of water (so far) and a bottle of Nestea Green Tea.&amp;nbsp; I had a rice cake before I left home, with peanut butter.&amp;nbsp; I had a pita for lunch, (grilled chicken with lettuce, green pepper, mushroom, cucumber, half cheddar half feta cheese, and a smidge of ranch dressing).&amp;nbsp; And I caved in to Matt's will and we ordered Swiss Chalet for dinner&amp;nbsp; (quarter chicken, fries, and a bun with that amazing sauce!&amp;nbsp; But 810 calories!!&amp;nbsp; HOLY CRAP!)&amp;nbsp; I also had some dark chocolate (two squares).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Work out for the day:&amp;nbsp; I was on call for First Response on campus, so any time I was moving I had a 40lb backpack on my back.&amp;nbsp; Not too bad.&amp;nbsp; I bought cat litter while I was out running errands, and didn't get a cart, and picked up the cat litter first at the store so I was carrying it around ;)&amp;nbsp; (Does that count!? lol)&amp;nbsp; I meant to go to the gym tonight but this week is questionable for going to the gym as I have a LOT of schoolwork due that I've got to focus on.&amp;nbsp; I'll try to add more activity throughout my daily&amp;nbsp;routine though, like I'll walk to work!</content>

    <content type="html">&lt;p&gt;So today&amp;nbsp;didn't start out well.&amp;nbsp; I DID to 50 crunches, but I also&amp;nbsp;had eggs&amp;nbsp;benedict and a potato pancake for breakfast...&amp;nbsp;EEK!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Edited after work to add:&amp;nbsp; I missed lunch,&amp;nbsp;but&amp;nbsp;had&amp;nbsp;5 peices of california roll and&amp;nbsp;3 peices of tempura (shrimp, potato, asparagus) for early dinner.&amp;nbsp; I snacked on&amp;nbsp;two squares&amp;nbsp;of dark chocolate.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I walked home from work for once! lol&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;But apparantly Matt and I are going out for food&amp;nbsp;with Chris and Karen tonight...&amp;nbsp;beer and&amp;nbsp;probably something terrible for you :(&amp;nbsp; I'll stick to lemon water and I'll try to find something not deep-fried ;)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Edited after dinner: I had lemon water and a ceaser salad while we were out :)&amp;nbsp; I've officially met my&amp;nbsp;2 litres of water&amp;nbsp;quota&amp;nbsp;for the&amp;nbsp;day&amp;nbsp;as well!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;Measurements in inches:&lt;br /&gt;hips: 42&lt;br /&gt;Belly 38 and a half&lt;br /&gt;Thighs 23 and a half&lt;br /&gt;Arms 11 and a half&lt;br /&gt;bust (@nipple) 38&lt;br /&gt;under bust 34&lt;br /&gt;waist 32&lt;/p&gt;</content>

    <content type="html">&lt;p&gt;I WILL motivate myself to get to my healthy body.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Current stats:&lt;br /&gt;Height: 5'7"&lt;br /&gt;Weight: 163 lbs&lt;br /&gt;Pant size: 31 or 12&lt;br /&gt;Dress size: 12&lt;br /&gt;Shirt size: M-XL depending on make.&lt;br /&gt;Bra size: 36D&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Measurements will be posted when I get them tomorrow.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Goal:&lt;br /&gt;Weight: 140 lbs&lt;br /&gt;Pant size: 29&lt;br /&gt;Dress Size: 8&lt;br /&gt;Shirt size: M consistnatly would be nice ;)&lt;br /&gt;Bra size: 36C&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Each day I will post my food intake (so I can't cheat! lol) including drinks if I remember.&amp;nbsp; I will also post my workout to make sure I actually GO to the gym!!&lt;/p&gt;</content>
