Yesterday was alright, but I forgot to keep track of what I ate (I'm just not used to that) and it was a kind of chaotic mess so I don't remember.

Today I drank WAY too much coffee and not enough water.  Two large coffees, one litre of water (so far) and a bottle of Nestea Green Tea.  I had a rice cake before I left home, with peanut butter.  I had a pita for lunch, (grilled chicken with lettuce, green pepper, mushroom, cucumber, half cheddar half feta cheese, and a smidge of ranch dressing).  And I caved in to Matt's will and we ordered Swiss Chalet for dinner  (quarter chicken, fries, and a bun with that amazing sauce!  But 810 calories!!  HOLY CRAP!)  I also had some dark chocolate (two squares).

Work out for the day:  I was on call for First Response on campus, so any time I was moving I had a 40lb backpack on my back.  Not too bad.  I bought cat litter while I was out running errands, and didn't get a cart, and picked up the cat litter first at the store so I was carrying it around ;)  (Does that count!? lol)  I meant to go to the gym tonight but this week is questionable for going to the gym as I have a LOT of schoolwork due that I've got to focus on.  I'll try to add more activity throughout my daily routine though, like I'll walk to work!

So today didn't start out well.  I DID to 50 crunches, but I also had eggs benedict and a potato pancake for breakfast... EEK!

Edited after work to add:  I missed lunch, but had 5 peices of california roll and 3 peices of tempura (shrimp, potato, asparagus) for early dinner.  I snacked on two squares of dark chocolate.  I walked home from work for once! lol  But apparantly Matt and I are going out for food with Chris and Karen tonight... beer and probably something terrible for you :(  I'll stick to lemon water and I'll try to find something not deep-fried ;)

Edited after dinner: I had lemon water and a ceaser salad while we were out :)  I've officially met my 2 litres of water quota for the day as well!

I WILL motivate myself to get to my healthy body.

Current stats:
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 163 lbs
Pant size: 31 or 12
Dress size: 12
Shirt size: M-XL depending on make.
Bra size: 36D

Measurements will be posted when I get them tomorrow.

Goal:
Weight: 140 lbs
Pant size: 29
Dress Size: 8
Shirt size: M consistnatly would be nice ;)
Bra size: 36C 

Each day I will post my food intake (so I can't cheat! lol) including drinks if I remember.  I will also post my workout to make sure I actually GO to the gym!!
