Today I drank WAY too much coffee and not enough water. Two large coffees, one litre of water (so far) and a bottle of Nestea Green Tea. I had a rice cake before I left home, with peanut butter. I had a pita for lunch, (grilled chicken with lettuce, green pepper, mushroom, cucumber, half cheddar half feta cheese, and a smidge of ranch dressing). And I caved in to Matt's will and we ordered Swiss Chalet for dinner (quarter chicken, fries, and a bun with that amazing sauce! But 810 calories!! HOLY CRAP!) I also had some dark chocolate (two squares).
Work out for the day: I was on call for First Response on campus, so any time I was moving I had a 40lb backpack on my back. Not too bad. I bought cat litter while I was out running errands, and didn't get a cart, and picked up the cat litter first at the store so I was carrying it around ;) (Does that count!? lol) I meant to go to the gym tonight but this week is questionable for going to the gym as I have a LOT of schoolwork due that I've got to focus on. I'll try to add more activity throughout my daily routine though, like I'll walk to work!
